Monthly Fee 7%
New Tenant Rental Fee $150
Maintenance $35-$60 Per Hour
Re-keys** depending on type of Lock
General Applicant/Tenant Charges
Background Check Per Adult (non refundable) $40 Per Adult Application
Re-keys** depending on type of Lock
Replace individual Keys Cost to make
Pet Deposit* $250 per pet w/approval
Security Deposit* One Full Months' Rent
*All Deposits are refundable on confirmation of normal wear and tear on final move out walk through. If more than normal wear and tear on building is evident, funds may be subtracted from final refund.
